Wandsworth Council have tasked Plus4 to invite local residents to talk about how to improve the experiences on our high streets (using Balham as a case study). This will lead to both recommendations specific to the area as well as a broader set of town centre principles to support engagement with other communities and high streets.

We invite residents of all ages 16+ and all backgrounds, who live in Balham, South Balham and Trinity to take part. As well as local independent business owners (retail and hospitality).

 

As a group you will take a c.30-minute walk around Balham High Street and then return to a local community venue for a c.60-minute facilitated discussion (allow 2 hours in total). Each session will be led by an experienced researcher.
